The GEFU Tartufolo cheese and truffle slicer is a useful, adjustable slicer with a double function. The base is perfect for slicing cheese. The curved surface prevents the cheese from sticking to the blade. And, using the other side of the curved surface enables you to use the slicer to slice truffles and mushrooms.
