The Gerber Mansfield is a neat EDC knife that combines a timeless design with micarta scales and a scandi grind. As such, this knife is also suitable for bushcraft. You open this slipjoint pocket knife with the long nail nick. The scales are made from micarta, which offers a great grip in any circumstances. The blade is made from D2, a strong, tough type of steel. However, be careful around moisture and acids: D2 is not completely stainless. The large, distinctive pocket clip is made from stainless steel.
